The Story Behind Rule 12

Rule 12 is a indie short film about cloning.  The idea is that the government was conducting experiments on people once they figured out that cloning was possible.  For 11 days the clones were an exact replica of that person.  On the 12th day something in them snaps and they crave the blood of the original host.  So the clones hunt down the original until they are dead.  The idea is also that each individual clone then seeks out the next in line until there is only one left.

This short used two actors that have never been in front of the camera and it was a lot of fun to do.  They took to acting very fast and did a great job.  Dustin is going into the milatary so it was very easy to get him to hold a gun and look natural with a gun in his hand.  He did sacrafice his body quit a bit in some of the action scenes though. 

All in all the movie came out great and yet another great learning experience on filming and creating movies!
